This quarter Whitney's class has been studying ocean animals. Each child researched an animal and did a presentation on it. Whitney's animal was the seahorse. We learned all kinds of things about them. Did you know that the "daddy seahorse carries the eggs in his pouch until they are ready to hatch"? It was a lot of work, but we had fun doing it together.

How fun! Jessica just finished up a report on woodpeckers. I did not remember having to do reports in 1st grade, but I guess they start kids early nowadays. It's fun to see them excited about learning!

Great job, Dub! I totally didn't know the daddy carries the babies around, but I think it's a great idea:) You look so grown up! I wanted you to stay little forever...
