This is our sealed container holding 6,000 lbs of our belongings ready to head for Hawaii via Seattle. Good-bye stuff! We sold a lot of our things so I could bring food storage. Who needs a couch when you have buckets of wheat and jars of fruit, really? But I've remembered how much I DON'T enjoy moving!!! The house was all packed up and on its way in two days. Pretty impressive. (That doesn't count all the going through and throwing away phase though.) It has been a cleansing process with lots of trips to DI and a few to the dump. We have enjoyed being able to simplify.

Holy cow! When it comes down to it 6000 lbs just doesn't sound like very much...but then you can always console yourself with how you live in paradise...with your wheat and fruit...can life get better than that?
